Seminar Focus

Wednesday September 19^th was SCVEA’s annual WI Labor Law Clinic. This year hosted Attorneys Stephen Weld, Andrea Voelker, Tom Revnew, Emily Ruhsam, and Jennifer Nodes, University Instructor Pete Ptacek and Rule the Rooms’ Jason Teteak. Topics covered the Top Ten Employment cases of 2012, Secrets of a Plaintiff’s Attorney, What’s new with Healthcare Reform?, Dealing with Bad Employees and Managers, Employee Handbooks and How to Rule the Room.

Participants were treated with a full day of information and materials to help them with all the new  and upcoming legal employment law topics coming down the pike, along with highlights from the last year. One of the best seminars yet!
