The HR Department - Population One
Delivering What Matters, When It Matters
Program Description:
Although size, structure, and purpose vary, every organization has human resources. HR Professionals flying solo face unique challenges often not found in larger departments or even within organizations absent an HR professional altogether. This presentation provides HR Professionals, especially solo practitioners, with the tools necessary to develop, deliver, and sustain superior HR services within any organization. Attendees will learn no fluff, practical methods for defining and focusing on what matters, when it matters.
Learning Objectives:
1. How and why to separate fluff, fact, and future when defining an HR purpose.
2. Why a strong HR administrative foundation is strategic and how to establish and sustain one.
3. How to stay compliant with employment laws that matter most.
4. How to find, utilize, and manage resources to achieve results.
5. How to define and cultivate individual and organizational goals separately or in unison.
