8:30-9:30  Priorities for Productivity:  Priorities Drive Habits and Success

Session will also highlight the book, Eat that Frog! which emphasizes tackling the most important and challenging task first thing in the day.  Attendees will receive a complementary Eat that Frog! book provided by SCVEA.

    9:45-10:45  Mini-DISC: A Data-Focused Look at Behavior and Personality

The process builds self-awareness and encourages alignment between personal values and professional actions.   Each participant will identify five personal core values that define their identity and leadership foundation, describe what each core value means and apply these core values as a lens to make future decisions, resolve conflicts, and communicate with authenticity and professional settings.
