    Overview of Performance Management with highlights on performance appraisals, succession planning, career planning and value structure.

     

    Most organizations generally facilitate some type of performance appraisal plan. Generally on an annual basis and most generally around our anniversary hire date, or at year-end. Planning for performance, measuring outcomes, and checking often are all key elements for Performance Management to happen well. Our two-hour performance management update session will cover the basic upfront components of working through job appraisal processes and considering the primary components of an overall performance management system.

    Our Speaker: Pete Ptacek

    Pete brings more than 40+ years of general business and training experience to his presentations. He is best known for his creative, highly interactive and storytelling approach, his training is direct, engaging, to the point and fun.

    Pete has extensive experience in organization development, quality management (which he calls multi-dimensional leadership), supervisory management and leadership development, sales training and customer focus.

    Pete has been a Business instructor with WITC - New Richmond since August 1998.
