    Speaker Biography 
    Pam McLain runs her own Human Resources consultant practice, See the Forest Consulting.  She helps organizations develop sustainable, practical solutions and specializes in HR systems and processes, including Business Intelligence.

    Prior to branching out in a new direction, Pam spent 15 years in the corporate world where she started the Corporate HR Department from scratch, including developing an HR team across multiple locations and industries.  Pam has both strategic and operational experience in all areas of HR within companies large, small, and newly acquired.
