    President and CEO
    Westfields Hospital and Clinic

    Steve Massey started at Westfields Hospital and Clinic as President and CEO in August of 2011 and lives in the New Richmond community.

     Steve has worked in the healthcare industry for over 14 years. Prior to joining Westfields, Steve was CFO at the Osceola Medical Center since 2009. Before that, he worked at both the Fairview and Allina Health in the Twin Cities working in hospitals in New Ulm and Princeton.

     Before entering the healthcare industry, Steve worked in the banking and consumer finance industry with positions at Norwest, Wells Fargo, and Conseco Finance.

     Steve currently sits on the New Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the New Richmond Hockey Association Boards.
     He received a bachelor's degree in Finance from Missouri State and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.

    Steve is an avid bass fisherman and Minnesota Twins and Gophers fan. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. His wife is an Emergency Room RN. They have three boys ages 15, 10, and 4.

    Bernie Johnson Clark

    FamilyMeans Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS)

     

    Berni joined FamilyMeans Consumer Credit Counseling Service as the Education Manager in August of 2008. She's a National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) certified educator and is familiar with several financial literacy curriculums and money management topics.

    She's been active on the Minnesota Jump$tart Coalition's Board of Directors since 2010 and is currently serving on their Networking & April Event work groups. She also served as Board President for two years.

    She received her bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and completed graduate courses in Leadership at Augsburg College.

    Prior to working at FamilyMeans she was the Corporate Director of Band Member Development for six years at the Corporate Commission of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. She's held other jobs in career counseling and program coordination related to higher education. She enjoys helping people grow and develop.
